- 6.3. The Controller does not store users’ bank card data. All bank card information is stored exclusively by the respective payment service providers, such as Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, and others. When making a payment, the user is redirected to the secure platform of the payment service provider, where they enter their bank card details. The Controller does not have access to full bank card details and receives only limited information necessary for payment confirmation (e.g., the last four digits of the card number and transaction status). By making a payment, the user agrees to the privacy policy and terms of use of the respective payment service provider.
- 6.4. The Provider guarantees that all third-party payment service providers, such as Stripe, comply with applicable data protection standards, including GDPR. Data transmission to these providers is carried out using modern and secure encryption methods.
